Tarka Tennis Centre was built in 2003 through local council LTA & Sport England funding. There are 6 indoor courts and 4 outdoor hard courts. Tarka is a pay & play facility so you don't have to be a member to play here.
There is also Pilates, a table tennis club, a badminton club, mini football academy, Boca Football Club, North Devon Netball Academy & Falcons Gymnastics Academy based here. So there are lots of sports for you to get involved with from beginner to advanced or international levels.
Tarka Tennis Centre runs an extensive tennis programme for all ages & standards. Players from the ages of 3-90 years young can find tennis to suit them. Tarka runs Coaching Programmes to suit all standards. These run throughout the week in the day & evening.
Anyone can play at Tarka you don't have to be a member. Phone up on 01271 377701 to book a court or just turn up to see what is available.
